I'm interested in reducing polypharmacy often resulting in iatrogenic death, I did my first practicum with an MD who primary practiced disease management only, and had no focus on functional or preventative medicine. Looking for more guidance during assessments, the ability to participate in small office procedures, for example suturing, trigger point injections, etc. I'm also interested in someone who reads journals and would explore some of the newest science with me time permitted of course.
